- Contributing to developing/defining EvoKE’s goals in alignment with EvoKE’s mission and vision
- Involvement in EvoKE community management
- Commitment to the weekly EvoKE board coordination meeting
- Workload in addition to attending meetings (several hours a week outside of meetings and meetings preparation)
- Promoting EvoKE and finding opportunities for the future direction of EvoKE
- Networking with different people to promote the long-term vision of EvoKE
- Helping to coordinate EvoKE task forces and helping associated projects align with EvoKE mission and goals
- Training new members to guarantee long-term sustainability of EvoKE
- Identifying sources for the long-term sustainability of EvoKE
