Catering

Included in registration are mid-morning and afternoon tea/coffee/pastry/fresh fruit, a buffet lunch and a drinks and canapes reception. Water will also be available in the workshop rooms.

Welcome dinner

A welcome dinner on the 6th November will be offered at the place of the conference and it is included in the price.

Accommodation

There are plenty of hotels and bed & breakfasts around the conference site (Navarinou 13A, Athens). As the Athens’ Marathon will take place on the 8th and 9th November we urge you to book your accommodation as soon as possible.
