Catering

Included in registration are mid-morning and afternoon tea/coffee/pastry/fresh fruit, a buffet lunch and a drinks and canapes reception on Monday (3rd) evening. Water will also be available in the workshop rooms.

Conference dinner

A two course dinner at the University’s Claverton Rooms will be offered on Wednesday (5th) evening at £21 per head (including VAT)/€24.

Accommodation

Conference-specific rooms on campus have now closed.

However, there is still accommodation on campus which is available to the general public and which will be a cheaper option compared to rooms down in the city of Bath. This accommodation is situated on the opposite side of the campus to the meeting, but there is only a 5 minute walk between the two.

Prices include breakfast and a full refund cancellation is possible up to 7 days before arrival.

Twin rooms allow for two people to stay and so include two breakfasts.

A small double is for a single person so comes with only one breakfast.

Double rooms allow for two people to stay and so include two breakfasts.
